Called and booked in almost 1 week in advance. Had regular communication leading up to appointment but then he never showed we tried calling and leaving messages but no contact since. Big let down!

I had an emergency....my carpet was drenched because of a leak from my upstairs neighbour. I rang dozens of companies and it seems no one wants to do business!
For my "emergency" I'd have to wait til the end of November before someone from carpet demon would be able to come and have a look!
