Very poor service.

They contacted me via a mutual connection to offer their services. I arranged time out of work to come home and provide access on 4/12/17. I had no phone call from them to confirm they wouldn't be able to attend and when chased, I was told the fitter was very busy but they would be in contact shortly. I chased the representative and the shop itself.

I was then told that I would get another call regarding the situation but I did not receive this and I I still haven't.

I'm glad I saw the level of service they provide before committing any money to them. Nothing short of shoddy.

Beautiful carpets and fantastic service received throughout from choosing my Carpets, being offered advice through to the fitting. Thank you we will be back!
