JDee Clean and Safe

I have used John and his team for a number of jobs and am always impressed with both the job done and the manner in which its done.
He and his team have a real "can do" attitude and they have yet to let me down despite sometimes giving them little notice for an urgent job.

We have a rented flat, being rented to students. We had a flood from the bathroom. We called John and he came promptly to dry and shampoo the carpets. John and Dee came and cleaned the flat after they left. They did an excellent job. They are a lovely team and extremely helpful when things go wrong. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We will be using their services again. We thoroughly recommend the. They are hardworking, trustworthy, conscientious and friendly.

The service John provides is excellent. Turned up to quote and test his products on the sofas we wanted cleaned. Returned to clean the sofas and lounge carpet. Very happy with the result. No damp dog smell that you get from other carpet cleaners. Would definitely recommend.

John and Dee were friendly and professional. They were very efficient in cleaning several carpets, rugs and laminate floors. Some carpet stains had been there for many years and John informed me that the stains might not disappear completely, so I had a realistic idea of what to expect. Excellent service from JDee. Cleaned our tapestry suite and we were amazed how well the sofa and chair looked after John's attention. He made us feel very confident about his approach prior to starting as he explained that he would try with the least aggressive cleaning approach to avoid any chance of the colours running. Would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a similar service. Brilliant job.

John was early to the appointment and introduced himself. He was very friendly and explained the whole process to me. He took a sample before starting to clean to make sure the correct solution was used so as not to damage the carpet. He explained the various differences between the chemicals and reassured me that he would be able to give me the outcome that I was expecting The carpet came up lovely and the results were amazing. I contacted Jdee cleaning as I was going to throw my rugs out . John turned up, very nice man. He offered to take my rugs away to clean and I wouldn't have to pay if I wasnt happy with the results. Two days later john returned my rugs and they looked like new. Highly recommend this company

I contacted JDee specialists after having my carpet cleaned two weeks ago and the results not being up to standard. Its an ivory carpet so difficult to clean. A member of their team came out within 24 hours to check my carpet and cleaned it thoroughly. The result is fantastic! I genuinely couldn't be happier. Thank you again.
