The fitter took so much care and attention on the prep work and fitting of the carpets.
End result looks great!
Even the painter onsite at the time of fitting mentioned to me that he had not seen a more professional job carried out.

Really professional and friendly. Had an old dog with dementia and the guys worked around her and were great. A small company which gives a personal service. The finish of the floor was lovely. Had herringbone pattern which looks fabulous. Delivery and service was great and deserves a 5 star rating.

Perfect transformation. So easy to organise, first a visit with samples, sound advice and on time if not earlier fitting date than expected. 2 days professional application and we are now ready to be proud of our dining room again thank you would definitely recommend

I am a Property Manager and have just used On Call Carpets Ltd to re-carpet an office of ours in Brasted. Andy and his team were fantastic! I got a quotation very quickly which was incredibly competitive. The job was done at the time it was scheduled to be and in the timeframe agreed. This building is an old converted pub so has a lot of quirks and the carpeting has been laid amazingly to present this space at it's best. The quality of this job has been fantastic and I would highly recommend On Call Carpets Ltd to anyone and will be using them again for our portfolio. Andy did a very good job and I'm very impressive with the colour and type of carpet laid down at our site. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get new carpet done.

Amazing company! Andy was so helpful in choosing the correct Karndean flooring for our house and then Matt came along to fit it. We have an old house with not a straight wall in sight. I was resigned to having straight Karndean planks with gaps where the walls curved in and out, but that wasn't the case. Matt took so much time and trouble with the fitting and how he made the edges of the planks curve in and out with the walls I will never know, but it looks absolutely superb, it is a masterpiece of how to fit a floor!!

I highly recommend On Call carpets, I use them with my work as well and not only are they seriously good value for money, they are efficient, helpful and their flooring, Karndean and carpets alike, look fantastic!!!
