We decided to go with Boss Carpets following on from great Google reviews we had read. We were certainly not let down by the decision. Amo and his team were absolutely brilliant from the get-go. Great customer service and an excellent price, I would highly recommend them for their excellent approach and ethos. Keep up the positive work Amo - will certainly use you again in the future.

Excellent experience throughout. I got a quote from Anmol and told him we were looking to get fitting ASAP. I then had carpet fitted within 3 days from getting the quote. Boss carpets have extremely competitive quotes, so I was definitely pleased with their price. The fitters workmanship is excellent, and the carpet looks great. Would definitely use them again when I get the loft extension done.

I found Boss Carpets on Instagram, sent a message and I got a response immediately. They came to my house that same day for measurements and fitted the carpets within 3 days. They are professional, dedicated and they provide value for money. Highly recommended 👌

I contacted boss carpets who came out the same evening with samples of all the colours I wanted in my home, they brought me options of Vinyl, carpet and laminate flooring. They was able to supply my flooring, underlay and beading in a matter of days, and fit my flooring upstairs and downstairs over the course of 2 days. I would use boss carpets again and recommend to family and friends, they really are excellent and I’m very happy with the outcome

Initial experience was great and prices are competitive. Carpet was fitted completely fine and workers were friendly. Requested Boss Carpets come back for an additional piece of work to be done which wouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes and was happy to pay for it and this was agreed upon. It was rearranged numerous times and eventually they stopped responding back. Got it sorted anyways by another company but would have preferred clear communication on this.

Great Company - Communication was fantastic throughout , with samples and photos sent of colours and ranges.

I'm currently a portfolio landlord and recommend this company who provide quality and good rates for carpets.
