Liking the experience today, came to the store for a look around as we need to replace the hallway flooring. Knowledgeable staff helped us make some decisions and we will be back to make an order.
A very clean and tidy store and ample parking right outside which is free.

Top class service from Jamie and his team. I first went to Monarch Carpets in November 2017 knowing that I would not be looking to purchase until May 2018. This did not deter Jamie from giving me the time required to make an informed decision 6 months in advance. Fitting was delivered on time, the quality of finish was great and the fitting guys were very approachable. Great value for money and a great service to go with it. We even got a move in card and a bottle of bubbly for our new home. Thank you. Would use again

We are so pleased with the carpets and flooring that Jamie and his team installed in my parent’s retirement bungalow. From the moment we arrived at the store, Jamie made the job of finding appropriate carpets and flooring a pleasure and fun. He has a great sense of humour which made the process much easier. We had laminate flooring with skirting boards fitted throughout our front room, hall and dining room and we're thoroughly impressed! The process was super easy and Monarch staff were brilliant in helping us decide which flooring to go for. Fitting took two days and the floor looks even better than we thought it would! We had a really great experience with Monarch Carpets. We originally came in 6 months or so before we decided to go ahead and Jamie and his team were very welcoming and had all the time in the world to show us their selection and advise accordingly.. They even took us in the back to show us carpets on the roll and carpets they hadn't even opened yet.
Fiona was really friendly and helpful when we came into the store and fitted us in their schedule pretty quickly, Jamie came round to do the quoting (a fair price too!) and again was really friendly and Keith did a great job fitting the carpet on the stairs and landing. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend and will be using again soon!

I have a small flooring job, which, after searching high and low, could not even get a proper quote. The big brand is charging too much, the smaller independent ones did not bother to reply. Emma from Monarch Carpet got back to my enquiries patiently explaining the procedures and options, and quoted a very competitive price! A local business providing professional service, glad to have them in Rugby.

I absolutely love my new hall stairs and landing. So comfy to walk on and beautiful to look at -looking forward to the lounge fitting in June and already planning my next project. Monarch carpets have been fantastic all the way through and I couldn’t be happier.
