These are 100% professional guys. I needed to have laminated flooring done in my son's room. Rufi was quick in quoting and had samples on hand to choose the right material from. The room looks perfect now, he has done a very neat and clean job. Thank you so much, highly recommended

After getting a quote for some laminate flooring in a bedroom at my house, I was asked to pay a deposit of £50 via bank transfer. I found this suspicious as there was nothing to stop these people from taking my money and never showing up. I asked for an invoice via email before paying the deposit and the person I spoke to agreed to send me one. A few days passed with no invoice and so I asked them again to send it. They suddenly decided I don't need to pay a deposit or get an invoice. They said they'd arrive at my house today (01.08.20) around 3PM. I asked them to make sure they arrive as I would have to empty the room of its contents so they can work. I spent most of my day today preparing the room, only for them to cancel the job 45 minutes before they said they'd come. Apparently, they had some issues with delivery (whatever that means). Everything online points towards this company being legitimate. If I had to guess why they decided not to come, I'd say it's because they decided the job wasn't worth their time. Instead of being honest, they tried to spin me some rubbish about delivery issues. In conclusion, I would advise anyone looking to use this company to be cautious. Do not send money via bank transfer without some proof of a job taking place and be prepared to have your time wasted.

All the complaints under the sun - “van broke down”, “supplier delivered late” etc etc.

Total time waster. Find someone more professional to do the job.

It has now been 18 months since we had our carpets fitted - only upstairs in 4 bedrooms and landing. I was assured that we were getting good quality durable carpets. 2 years later and the carpet is threadbare in traffic areas, mind you, traffic is not big with only 2 young boys at home and no shoes on the carpet. Whenever we vacuum there is an insane amount of carpet in the cylinder- completely unacceptable. We will be replacing this summer- total waste of money, we have definitely been put off local independents after this experience. Buy at your own risk - carpet may look great but the quality is highly questionable.
