I placed an order with them for my whole house for the carpet and honestly I have to say the service was absolutely amazing, the staff was really friendly and they did the job so good the carpet I chose, the quality of it and everything with it is just amazing. they did the job on time and so quick and the fitting was FREE!! I can say I made the right choice by choosing Watford carpet and furniture, I would highly recommend them.

Agreed to fit my carpet on a set date but didnt turn up and now refusing to pick up my phone. Unreliable if you need done by a certain date.
