You probably have no idea how much trouble you've caused us by giving us the wrong costs and by not ordering the carpet in time. If you stopped loving your job you should retire. Really happy with Jim & his team. In fairness, we gave Jim very little to work with in terms of ideas, but he still managed to advise us and get things done quickly.
We had a deadline to get in our new house and despite being let down by their suppliers, an alternative flooring was found within a day or so, and our entire house was carpeted and herringboned with time to spare
