Trio have been fantastic from start to finish on the supply and installation of Amtico flooring to various rooms in our house (hallway, utility, kitchen, living/dining room). Their friendly and approachable customer service was excellent and I always felt in safe hands as Lisa was very organised and kept communication going at all times. The installation by Jason & team was very professional and done to a brilliant standard. We are delighted with the end result and are using Trio again to purchase some carpet. Great local company - highly recommend.

Our initial contact was with Lisa who responded quickly to our online query about purchasing and fitting luxury vinyl tiles. We then spoke to Jason, the director, who gave helpful advise about our options. We arranged to meet Lisa at the warehouse/office to look at their flooring and accessories selection. At this point we felt very reassured about working with Trio to get the job done.
Lisa kept us updated with the fitting date and time.
Our fitter, Bryn, arrived on time and was very professional.
Overall we were very happy with Trio Flooring. The service from everyone was great from start to finish. Would definitely recommend.

We are very pleased with the carpet Trio supplied and fitted to our hall stairs and landing. Lisa in the showroom was very responsive from our first contact, providing helpful information before we visited to look at the range. Lisa was also extremely patient and knowledgeable - they have so many samples! We were able to bring the large sample books home to help us decide. Once we had ordered, we were kept informed and fitting was carried out on the agreed date and to a high standard. Everybody involved has been professional and intent on our satisfaction. Plus they are lovely people. We look forward to buying our additional carpets from Trio as we complete our home decor in the next year or so.

Fantastic company to work with - highly recommend them. They fitted Amtico flooring upstairs for us in 4 beds, 2 baths & landing, plus stairs in carpet. Excelletn workmanship and highly responsive admin help too. They were recommend to us.

Trio have been absolutely amazing!! We’re fully open plan downstairs and our laminate floor needed to be replaced. From quotation, to advice, fitting and help moving the appliances we can’t fault this company. The result being an amazing floor that has been fitted even better than the original when the house was built. We are looking forward to having them replace our bathroom floor soon! Thanks Trio!
