I first started using S Richardson Flooring when I moved into my 1st home over 18 years ago, after they'd supplied and fitted some carpets and vinyl's at my mum and dads house, they've fitted laminate, solid wood, Vinyls, carpets and just recently luxury vinyl tiles, I get through a lot as we have 3 dogs, they always provide a friendly, helpful and quality service for an excellent price!

Had great friendly service, with plenty of choices in store and advice on my requirements. The fitter arrive on time and did a brilliant job, looks fab.

Stephen and Rachael at S Richardson Floorstore have been great. Not only did they offer an extremely competitive price but they went above and beyond with their customer service.

During the course of purchasing our property we were delayed not once but twice - they were extremely flexible and accommodating of this.

They liased directly with site which took away additional hassle and they completed the job to the highest of standards - we had a combination of LVT and carpet throughout and are impressed with both.

We are extremely happy with the end product and would definitely recommend to anyone!

The fitters turned up on time and stayed until the job was done and they’d tidied up. Rachel in the actual shop was brilliant. She is so efficient, knows her stuff about the fitting and procedure . Definitely not just answering the phone and making bookings. She is an asset , great customer service thank you👍🏻😁
