Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Was told to change the way we walk down the stairs because the carpet has tufts falling out.if I could rate minus I would the only reason I have gave 1 star is because it won't let me post on 0 stars and I don't want anyone to go through the same .Will NEVER!!! recommend or shop there ever again.

Another amazing job by the chaps at Colourscope. As always they were professional, friendly and flexible! We had a few bits of missing gripper and they had to move around a big bed frame but they did the job perfectly and hardly even got any coffee as I was stuck on a call the whole time! I wouldn’t ever use anyone else for carpets and flooring. 100% reliable every time and the carpet choice and quality is second to none!

Great people, fast and excellent service!

Picking the carpets was straightforward and no hard sell. Booking the fitting around our painters was not a problem. Mark the fitter was excellent. Really quick and excellent job.
Would definitely recommend Colourscope.

Wide selection available and reasonable cost to fit.
The bedroom pictured was £496 to supply carpet, underlay and fitting for 20m² (5x4m). Think the carpet was "pudding"
