Irvines carpets were recommended to us by some friends who had purchased several carpets from Chris. We're so glad they did! We had the living room carpeted first and experienced excellent service, sound advice and a good quality carpet professionally fitted. We've since returned to purchase two more carpets and received the same high quality service from Chris and the fitters.

never even turned up to measure and must have there phone switched of
as you need to give a star it wouldnt let me leave no stars so i had to give 1 star pity

I visited Irvine's and arranged a visit for a quote for carpet for a hall and living room plus Amtico flooring for a small kitchen area. No show for the quote so I phoned the shop, he said something had come up and he had tried to phone me, I checked my phone number with him and he had written it down with a number missing.
He visited to measure 3 days later and said he would ring next day with the quote, that was 10 days ago and I have heard nothing.
I wish he had just said he didn't need the business or he was too busy and I wouldn't have wasted my time or his for that matter.
I wish I had taken notice of the poor reviews but there were also good reviews, obviously reliability is an issue.

Asked for a quote for amtico was quoted around £560 for a small area
I returned 4 weeks later he couldn’t remember me so he quoted me again £1025 ??? Really

Never showed up for measuring rang shop came out week later said he get back to with price still waiting month later . Went somewhere else instead
