Letchworth Carpet Centre

I have bought and had fitted three carpets from the Letchworth Carpet Centre and I am just about to order another. I was recommended this company by two people I knew and boy have I been pleased with the service, I love the carpets, thought the price was very competitive, they fitted them quickly and they take up and take away the old carpet with no extra charge, unlike another company I could mention. I would not hesitate in recommending this company and as long as I need carpets I will be getting them here.

This is not the first time I have used Letchworth Carpet Centre, they fitted a superb lounge carpet in my previous house and there was only going to be one choice when we moved to our new four bed house and had carpets from them throughout. Chris was full of excellent advice when it came to the choice of carpet, he sold us beautiful good quality carpets at an excellent price and we are really pleased with them. On the day of fitting, David and his team arrived promptly and with a warm and friendly approach fitted the carpets, moving whatever furniture and making a wonderful job. It was a big job and David and his team worked tirelessly and with good humour to get the ten rooms completed in the day. The carpets look magnificent, people that visit our house compliment the carpets. We are so pleased with the finish in our new home.

We will use Letchworth Carpet Centre again, we are so impressed with the quality, price, advice, fitting and overall service. I can throughly recommend them in every respect.

From the moment the two guys arrived, which was as agreed, the workmanship was excellent. They were both polite and courteous. They laid my hall,landing and stairs carpet i am so pleased and then vacuumed before they left. I would recommend Letchworth carpet centre .

Best carpet supplier and fitter in Letchworth. I had laminate fitted in my living room and hallway last year by Gary who did an amazing job. Chris who owns it is great and so helpful. Then this year I asked if they could rectify some laminate flooring that A1 carpets from Stevenage had supplied and fitted) This was over two years ago. I had a wall down in my kitchen and I wanted the floor that was already in my kitchen extended to where I had the wall down. From day one this has been a disaster as the builder messed it up, then on top of that I had two carpenters come out (one of those work for A1) and although he fixed one part of it he actually broke another part of it and glued it to the floor. I was getting to the point I didn’t trust anyone to have a look then I contacted Letchworth carpet centre and I asked Darren (another one of their fitters) to come and look. Darren sorted it all out and now it’s fine!!! I won’t go anywhere else now. Letchworth Carpet Centre are the Mutts Nuts!!!

I’m absolutely blown away by the magnificent carpet fitting and after sales service. Chris and Dave are an amazing team who totally go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. I can’t thank you enough boys for helping me in my hour of need after my bath overflowed, you made it all good again and totally took all my stress away. It’s seldom that companies can be wholeheartedly recommended but you are the absolute exception!

Had these chaps on 3/4 occasions now and would 100% recommend them they are very professional as well as being very friendly they do a superb job and very clean and tidy .
