Parsons have done 2 jobs for us, and essentially have floored almost the whole house. They are efficient, polite, good quality and reasonably priced.

They did Karndean, carpets (including an L-shaped living room and stairs) front door matting and vinyls, plus all the door strips and of course the levelling of ply and skim.

They communicated issues and suggestions to me, throughout.
I am very glad I got a recommendation for them (from my next door neighbour) and I am very willing to recommend them on. I have a lot of confidence in them to do a good job.

They get their heads down and crack on with the work! 4 of their staff have worked in our house, all polite and professional.

Parsons Carpets and Flooring recently fitted some Earthwerks vinyl flooring in our lounge / diner and we are absolutely delighted with the results. From the beginning of the process we felt really looked after. Charlie went through all our options and left several samples with us to mull over. He clearly went through the whole process with us so we knew exactly what to expect. When Rob Parsons turned up a couple of weeks later to start to screed the floor and fit the vinyl everything was done with the minimum of fuss in a very professional way. Rob went through how to look after and clean the floor in the future and it was all left very clean and tidy at the end. We could not be more delighted. We have used Parsons over several years and they have fitted every floor covering in our house now, carpets, Karndean, Earthwerks etc. We would never use anyone else. Highly recommend them for a friendly and professional service.

Mr Parsons and his colleague have done an exceptionally good installation of our new kitchen flooring; everything from the quote to finishing the job has been professional and attentive. The new floor is very well finished, with clean edges.
There were 4 appliances to remove from our kitchen, which was a chore that the installers managed quietly and efficiently, replacing the plumbing etc exactly as it was before.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use this local company, with an owner who does the work himself so has reason to ensure high standards are maintained. Use them! You won’t be disappointed.
