if you go with these guys then be prepared for late delivery of WRONG carpet. Be prepared for the company director Hadi Barod to tell you that he is not the company director when you ask why has the wrong carpet been delivered. Be prepared for this company to send you an inexperience fitter who will leave the remnants of badly cut carpet in your place along with his own personal rubbish. Be prepared for the carpet to be cut short and a foreign object (small screw size) to be left under carpet after fitting. And be prepared to listen to the director deny responsibility for his inadequate staff and refuse any reasonable compensation.IF YOU CRAZY ENOUGH TO GO WITH THESE PEOPLE THEN BUY WITH CREDIT CARD SO YOU CAN CLAIM 'CHARGE BACK' (as i did).How are they still in business amazes and saddens me! The 'Star' is because the review would not let me post zero or minus so please ignore.

Although it was the cheapest available out of the 3 carpet shops in close vicinity on Old Kent Road, in hindsight i would have paid the extra money to go to a more professional outfit. In our living room the floor tacks on the grip rods were poking through the carpet just below the window causing my nephew to cut his toe. When the carpet was installed they did not bring enough lino for the bay cupboards in the hall and thus covered them with small ill fitting off cuts. Since the carpet was installed the carpet has come loose from the gripper rod at the entrance too the living room making a large trip hazard. I reported this to Carpet and Flooring master and they did not believe me. I then took them photo's and a receipt and they have again chosen to ignore me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! THEY ARE COWBOYS!!!

Responsive, polite, competitive quote and excellent choice with advice. Fitting was stress free with care taken of my home. they are expert at what they've and so professional and amenable. A very happy customer.
