We have used Nick for a number of years, he will find a carpet to suit all budgets and goes the extra mile for his customers. Very knowledgeable, honest and reliable. The fitters are great tradesmen and we have always been delighted with the results. We would not hesitate to recommend.

The showroom is very well laid out and has a great choice of carpet to chose from. We got our carpet installed just over a week after visiting the showroom and we're really happy with it.

Excellent service from start to finish! Nick was very knowledgable about carpets and has a huge variety, he informed us what would work well in different parts of the house as we wanted the same colour throughout. Nick arranged to measure the house the same week and also advised of different types of door bars available to match the surrounding decor. A fitting was arranged shortly after, another gentleman, Ian, came to fit the carpets, he was polite and approachable and did a fantastic job. The whole process was complete within two weeks, couldn't recommend the company enough!

Competitive prices and great service from Nick who was very knowledgeable and came out really quickly to measure up, a great selection of carpets for all budgets. The fitter Ian was also very professional, he not only fitted the carpets really well but went the extra mile, we moved as much furniture out of the rooms as we could but he put the remaining furniture back in the correct place and hoovered up afterwards. Really pleased with One Floor, would recommend all day long.....

We really cannot recommend Nick at One Floor highly enough. We wanted to get new carpets for our house move and every place we visited had a long waiting time to come out and measure and then even longer waits to get the carpets in stock. Nick was completely the opposite, he was extremely helpful right from the start, helping us choose from a selection of carpets that were in stock, coming out to measure up quickly and then arranging the fitting for us within a few days of our order. Nick's customer service really is outstanding and he was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We are over the moon with our new carpets and wouldn't even consider going anywhere else for flooring in the future. Thank you Nick and One Floor for five star customer service, we really are very grateful.

Just had a new landing and stairs carpet fitted and we are delighted with the quality and excellent service we have received from Nick.
