Florstor Carpets

We dealt with Jason @ Florstor and from start to finish he provided a very professional service, lots of facts and information about the different carpet and laminate options plus an excellent price to boot. In addition when there was a problem after the carpet was laid, the guys at Florstor did their absolute best to try to solve it on a very tight schedule. Needless to say they did it and we are very pleased with our new floors and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Florstor to anyone.

The guys from Florstor came and laid some Marmoleum flooring in a kitchen extension a couple of months ago.
The quote was very reasonable.
When they came, they were very happy to lay it in the somewhat unorthodox pattern we asked for.
When we had an issue, Chris was very proactive in finding out what went wrong and went to great lengths to make sure we were happy.
Overall - great value for money and great customer service. Strongly recommended.

Our experience of Florstor, Cambridge has been overwhelmingly positive from the trips to the shop to discuss options to the execution of laying an entire house of carpet and LVT. The staff were informative and knowledgeable and there was no hard sell. They took a real care and pride in their work, were efficient and did an exceptional job that has transformed our home. We were after a slightly smaller setup than your larger SCS type stores for exactly this reason and they have exceeded all expectations - cannot recommend highly enough.

Jason and all his staff are extremely helpful, and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. We had a problem with sourcing replacement flooring due to current international delays, and Jason was really helpful in helping us find a good alternative solution. Couldn't recommend enough.
