My mum used them for her office with no probs. So I gave them a call, he came round and measured, I popped in and picked out a remanent that was big enough for my stairs and landing. This morning a couple lads came and fitted it. No problems from start to finish, both visits they came when they said they would and was cheapest I found. Thanks again and would 100% recommend!

Used this company three times now. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Prices, for the gorgeous quality, are the best I've found.
We always use their carpet fitters aswell and they are not only quick but thorough. I reccomend this company to family and friends all the time.

Not worth a star.
* Told last minute about separate fitting price.
* Fitters were awful, left carpet strip covers sticking up, glue on skirtings and my hard flooring.
* Was NOT told they don't dispose of your old carpet.
* Carpet is wearing away after a few months.

I'm so glad I've only done the one room, absolute waste of time and money. Awful awful awful

We wouldn’t use anyone else for our carpets, we’ve been using ashford trade flooring since the day it it opened. We have had our rental properties re carpeted as well as two home renovations, they have clear pricing, and are very knowledgeable. Prices are competitive. The fitters are always on time , are polite, and great at their jobs. Please ignore bad reviews, I honestly don’t understand how anyone can say a bad word about the team.
