Fantastic from start to finish. Had carpet with underlay supplied and fitted to my lounge, stairs and landing. Price for the whole job was excellent and the fitting was superb too and everyone was really helpful. 10/10

John is the most knowledgable and helpful carpet retailer I have used. Not only did he help me pick out the perfect carpet for my house, but the quality is incredible and the fittings done the next day. I cannot speak highly enough of John and Affordable carpets! Thank you John.

I called these so called professionals and spoke to a fella called john.

John claimed he was their manager for 40 years. I only called to ask for approx prices for 3m x 3m off cut.

John told me they sell carpets only in increments of 4 metres by 3 metres!!!

What a load of rubbish.

What the fella didnt realise is that im an architect who knows a thing or two about carpets.

The owners need to get better customer service staff. Lying to customers might have worked in the 1970's but not anymore.

They should change their name to only fools and horses carpets, becuase you must be a fool or a horse to be their customer!!!

Been buying my carpets here for years , they will always go out of there way to try to get you what you want and very flexible with fitting .

Now closed for good place empty. ..... Great company staff really helpful, loads of various remnants to fit most sizes. However there no good at answering emails, sent one a month ago still nothing back from them. Eventually went to S. C. S. At gallons reach got an amazing discount of over £300 on full purchase price and free delivery. Carpet fitters £52.00.
