We've just had a stair and landing carpet fitted, which looks and feels fantastic. Highly recommend Windsor Carpets. The customer service is outstanding, from start to finish. The carpet for its price is fantastic quality and the fitting is great.

Great experience from start to finish! Windsor Carpets came highly recommended and I can see why. We were on quite a tight schedule, and the guys at Windsor did everything they could to fit us in. It didn't matter to them that we weren't spending a fortune, we simply needed our carpets refitted after a refurbishment. Phil went out of his way to accommodate us, and actually refitted the carpets better than the original fitters. I only wish we knew about them sooner. We don't need new flooring just yet, but will be sure to come back to Windsor Carpets the minute we do. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service! A lovely showroom with plenty of selection, great advice and no pressure to buy. Just had my whole house carpeted in 3 stages, and would very highly recommend Windsor Carpet. The sales team are professional and friendly, as were the carpet fitters who are fast but make sure their work is top quality. They were also happy to move a few pieces of furniture which was a great help. Really pleased with how it all looks, thank you!

Very helpful staff, spent time answering our queries, carry a very wide range of flooring at a good range of prices. Also pleased that they do free quotes and use their own fitters. Happy to go back.

What a great service by the staff at Windsor carpets. From our initial enquiry right through to the fitting. We had fantastic advise when choosing which type of carpet plus given plenty of samples to take home.
The fitting was fabulous with them able to agree to a date suitable for us.
The installers even had to contend with an electric problem with us having a new fuse board fitted and things not going to plan. They were amazing changing plans so that our carpet still got finished.
We have 3 other carpets plus a kitchen dinner floor required plus a rented property and we will using them for all our flooring requirements again.
