What wonderful customer service, they are so helpful. We visited other carpet shops in the Bromley area but Nigel and family came out tops . The carpet we bought is excellent quality and at a very competing price. The fitters were so professional, the carpet was for our stairs and landing and it was striped. Not an easy job to get it spot on but the guys did it and it looks fantastic. We cannot recommend this store highly enough. If you’re looking for a local friendly store that sells carpets, furniture , and electrical items Wm Burke & Michael is the place to go.

Couldn't recommend Nigel enough ! He gave us great and honest advice on the right carpet and underlay for us, and helped us meet a very tight deadline for having it laid. We are really pleased with the finished product and will be coming back for more in the near future!

I bought a lamp a few months ago which needed the light fitting to be fitted to it. I gave this shop a call, took the lamp in, left it with them and they did a superb job. They're also really lovely people and their customer service is top!

If you never heard of x,y,z carpets, doesn't mean they don't exist. You can do better than asking where we got these carpet names from...

You won't get better service. Nigel installed a wachine machine for my dad on the same morning as it was ordered. Proper local business.

Thank you Nigel and the lovely Peter who did a superb job fitting the carpet in the bedroom. It was a complicated fit into cupboards etc. and around a vanity unit which took skill and experience. I hope Peter will be able to come and help out in a month or so when I will need some more carpets fitted. I recommend highly,

Oven and built in fridge freezer purchased in recent times. Laid back customer service with that olde world sense of trust and a can do attitude. Brilliant and lucky enough to be in the doorstep. Hats off to the Nigel's.
