Very helpful and reasonably priced

Sadly the service provided is extremely poor. Shop insisted on full payment before carrying out the work but instructions given to fitters was incorrect and I am still awaiting a portion of the work to be completed. Telephoning the shop is futile as staff say the manager is the only person who knows what's going on and he is never around and fails to return calls.

Absolutely fantastic service the fitters were absolutely amazing i would recommend them to everyone and I don't say that lightly thank you so much for an awesome service

Paid for laminate flooring in full as was told was all in stock. I arranged with the store to call me when the stock was in the store asap as had limited time to fit the flooring.
5 days after paying, i called the store to find out where this reserved, available stock was? It was only then I was advised stock was not able to be transferred from coventry to bedworth as no staff for 2 weeks. I was never informed of this at point of order or payment. I requested coventry store to have my reserved, paid stock ready asap as I was to collect asap. I was then told coventry store had sold my reserved order to someone else & was no longer available! I then had to go to nuneaton store to finally collect my "fully paid & reserved as in stock" before they resold that on as well.
Very poor customer service skills. If I hadn't called I would never have been told my order was not available for 2 weeks at least.
I will not be using these again as the reserved stock was also sold on & I had to travel extra distance to fetch my own ordered, fully paid reserved stock. I would not recommend this company if you want your stock. I'm just glad I declined there offer to fit it. Who knows what service they would provide if they cant inform you & resell your order on again after being paid for in full & reserved.

Poor work and even worse customer service. Rushed job for them left everything a mess. 5 months on and still waiting for them to 'put right' poor work. Would highly recommend NOT using these.!

The carpets are very expensive compared to the other local carpet shops nearby. Had my ki5chen and hallway measure up and it was literally 4 times the price of the shop next door for exactly the same carpets . No leeway in price either and fitting easily same price as carpets almost. The store had a big selection but they are definitely salesman just in it for a profit
