Mo did us a great deal on a fantastic carpet and we could not be more pleased with the results. Mo was a pleasure to deal with and advised us thoroughly on which carpet would go best in our property. We had over 300 square metres of underlay and carpet fitted by Josh and Darren who were also a pleasure to deal with and did a fantastic job for us laying a great deal of underlay and carpet.

We would recommend Mo and Sussex Carpet Centre in a second and would gladly get more carpet from them in the future.

Have used Sussex Carpet Centre for many years. Mo and the team have always been amazing, professional, friendly and reliable, not to mention great value for money.

Overall, had a friendly experience. Mo was accommodating when we had to cancel at short notice and re-arrange a fitting date. The prices were not broken down for each material ordered. The main issue we experienced was that what we ordered was not what was laid in one of the rooms. There was no pre-check before this was laid and so wasn't until the fitters were finished that we found this problem. The quality of the materials seems reasonable.

I wanted to re-carpet my 3 bedroom house & popped into Sussex Carpets Crawley. I was impressed by the huge selection of good quality carpets on display. I liked the fact that unlike some shops, I wasn’t pounced upon but left alone until I sought help.
