Had a fantastic experience with Fancy Floors. Needed a 2 bedroom flat re-carpeted at short notice - they were very helpful choosing a suitable carpet and were able to get the fitting done very quickly. Very happy with the work too - would highly recommend Fancy Floors.

Very knowledgeable, very helpful Gentleman, who runs & owns the Shop, who bent over backwards to help us. He knows his stuff, & he had the patience of a Saint with us, as I'm not the easiest customer, with a demanding home life & several issues, that complicates my flooring needs. After answering all my questions - we placed an Order yesterday. The Customer Service here, is exemplary! So now... we await the flooring's arrival! :D ... Oh & also - this chap was brilliant regarding the Covid-19 Hygiene protocols, and sanitisation! Very impressed! :D Thanks Fancy Floors! :D

From ordering the carpet to it being laid only took a week.
David in the shop was very helpful in showing me different carpets in the colour I wanted.
There was not an offcut big enough, so he was quite happy to order a piece and all still within a week.

Really poor experience - left us with an absolute mess in our bathroom. We've had the owner look at it and he agreed it wasn't OK. But blamed it on the sub-contractor he sent to do the work, he wouldn't take responsibility. He said if we removed the mastic, he'd get someone to put it back down. Initially they'd used 2 different mastics, clear and white, it looked ridiculous. We made it clear it wasn't our job to fix it, it was Fancy Floors. He's stop responding to our messages and has left us high and dry.

Would avoid at all costs, they'll take your money and run.

Have used David before always helpful knows everything about carpets & flooring. A new lounge carpet is on the way!!

Great all round service from choosing carpet & underlay to fitting. Punctual, Super job on the fitting, clean & tidy when left. Well satisfied with outcome, would recommend Fancy floors.
