Excellent service and attention to detail from start to finish.From Ashley in the Arnold shop , advising and processing the order , to the fitter who laid the carpets. The quality of the fitting was 100% and I would recommend the service and quality we experienced from Kings carpets .

My new carpet was fitted by a gentleman called Simon. He made a stunning job when fitting it we are soooooo very pleased with it. It has completely transformed our hall stairs and landing area. Simon was extremely polite and took great care when fitting the carpet and that I'm sure is the reason the result is tremendous. When I next order a carpet I will be picking it in Kings Carpets and will be requesting Simon be the fitter. Thank you very much indeed Simon.

we normally recommend Bonington Carpets - we get a lot of blinds/curtains clients who ask us for recommendations. Kings were good but a bit lacking in communication- I saw on our order form that they had put us down for gold door bars so I emailed and said I wanted silver. All ok they said. On the day, my wife checked they were going to fit silver. I didn't know she had checked with them already and I said 'you will fit all silver, won't you?' 'Oh yes,' they assured me. However for some reason we ended up with gold... to be told then this was £48 extra, as they weren't all on the original order. This was probably correct but I was puzzled as to why at no point had they told me this.

I have at last got round to sending my very grateful thanks to Kings Carpets and in particular Calvin who fitted my stair carpet. HIs professional and positive approach was very reassuring and with the occasional insight into his obviously fun loving personality made the experience of Kings Carpets a delight. He changed a very every day hallway into an elegant show piece, confirmed by so many friends and family (see Carnaby stripe carpet on website). Many thanks again, Caroline

Whilst the finished product is good, the process to get there was not. The customer service was poor - the office and the fitters do not talk to each other and when the fitters don't turn up, the office have to ring the fitter to discover they are waylaid and will not arrive with the customer on time. 3 out of the 4 appointments I had, they arrived late and I had to rearrange other appointments. On a number of occasions the phone just rang and rang - not even an answerphone. They also failed to measure and cut a piece of inset door matting correctly (anyone would think they were used to measuring and cutting!). So pleased with product but very disappointing service and response from this local company. I presented my complaint but after a week they have decided not to respond to my complaint, hence posting it here. They've lost their way.

Had all the carpets in a number of rooms replaced from the Arnold shop. Ashley was very helpful. Fitters, Terry and Matt, were brilliant. Fortunately, we did pay for them to help us move the furniture as we couldn't have managed this without them. The only criticism is that they started later than anticipated on the 2nd day and we weren't informed that they work until about 8pm but at least the job was finished in the 2 days allocated.

Excellent service from Kings Carpets Arnold. Store staff were helpful and gave good advice. From ordering to fitting only took a couple of weeks. A big mention should go to fitters Charlie and Harry. Very polite and hard working and did a cracking job. The carpets look great so thank you Kings.

Long wait for carpet which we weren't told about and poor communication from the company . Money taken without consent.
The carpet fitter was the only positive aspect of the service .
