Haven't been for a long time but it's as good as its always been. Bought a very high quality bed for a bargain price.
Recommended and a good retail experience.

Carpet took a while to arrive but it wasn’t the shops fault it was the manufacturer. The carpet fitters are the best though, take their time and are extremely thorough to ensure no issues with the carpet before they leave. Very happy with the service and will be back again!

Don’t go if you want a small job it seems to be too much hassle for them,they came and measured up then we heard nothing had to phone them ,they apparently lost the paperwork,then found it after a couple of hours then didn’t do the one that we wanted only a more expensive price
How convenient,I said I would come and look for another,but I then decided I would go for the more expensive option phoned twice to tell them was getting back to me but guess what no phone call
Had to go to another place in selby please be aware they don’t like small jobs

Has an excellent range of carpet samples on show and books you can take home to check suitability. Not the cheapest around but that is balanced with excellent fitting and an all inclusive price with underlay and fitting. I have always been highly satisfied.

We have never had any issues with Selby beds and Carpets after using them for years.
Just had a new lounge carpet fitted at gone 7PM on Friday by two respectful guys who have made a cracking job and left the house tidy.

Miserable staff, told we could return some flooring! We took it back for a refund to be told we could not return it quite rudely and abruptly! When I explained my wife had called them regarding the return and told we could bring back the flooring they basically ignored me and just NO! The Staff need to be working from the same page. Plenty of other carpet shops in selby keep away. The review below stating you walk in and you are ignored is spot on. Very rude people

Ordered and paid for my carpet, was contacted a week later, my carpet wasn’t available. Fine chose another one holding onto original fitting date. Fitting day comes, pm appointment. Rang at 1.50 to double check they were coming, then again at 4.20, yes still coming. 4.45 they ring amd tell me their not coming can I do 9.30 the next day. What choice did I have. 8.29 the next morning they knocked me out of bed! Day after my autistic son approaches me pretending he has claws because the fitters left 2 lethal blades behind!

Lost money due to 2 days off work, customer service terrible, and put my child in danger to!
