Astra Carpets Ltd

At 9.00am today two carpet fitters arrived from Astra Carpets here in Kirkby. Within an hour they had emptied and re-carpeted our kitchen and cleaned up and refitted all the appliances.
What a pleasure to have these two young men in our home with a friendly demeanour and a professional attitude to their timed served carpet fitting service.
Sorry I didn't get their names but a big thank you from us on Midfield's.

A lot smaller now was better at Kirkby but still nice and friendly/ sorry dropped from 4 to 1 star brought an expensive carpet and underlay came home from work and they have put a cheep replacement underlay down not half as good they was paid for /why. This will stop me from shopping here again 😡

First rate unpressurised buying experience. The owner, Steve, was very helpful and courteous both over the phone and in store with the obvious intention of helping his clients satisfy their requirements rather than merely maximising his own profit. He also pulled out the stops to arrange supply and fitting within the very tight time frame which we had. We left feeling that we had been given good advice and a very fair deal. Highly recommended service.

After a disastrous carpet fitting by another company, we went to Astra carpets and spoke with Steve. Steve was very professional and allayed any fears we had. We chose a carpet, had it fitted by another Steve, who did an excellent job, and were very satisfied. I cannot recommend Astra Carpets enough!
