How refreshing in this time of chaos. Patient and knowledgeable, absolutely no pressure to buy. I chose (what I consider an expensive carpet for the lounge), they showed me several cheaper options instead of pressuring me into the more expensive stock. They arrived when they said they would, were unintrusive and respectful and fitted the whole house in one day. Would definitely use again and recommend highly. Thank you

Cannot praise Carpedi Y Bala enough. Dave and Shirley are lovely. Dave is a true pro, his work is perfect. We had carpets and blinds from them and they by far exceeded all our expectations. True professional and caring service.
