Just had some extensive work carried out, including stair carpet and landing area and Karndean flooring throughout the kitchen and utility area. Tom and the team at TCM are very helpful and there is a great choice of product. Pricing is good and I prefer to buy local if I can. The work was carried out on time, very efficiently, the house was left clean and tidy. The overall look is very pleasing. There was very minor snagging post completion and this was dealt with without fuss and very quickly. The overall experience has been very good and I would use them again.

I was really impressed with TCM Carpets. They said they would arrive to lay a bedroom carpet at 10 am and they arrived promptly. They did a really professional and great job and the quality of the carpet is excellent. I phoned to ask what time the carpenter was going to arrive to shave the bottom of the door and they contacted him straightaway and got back to me within 5 minutes. I highly recommend them.

TCM carpets did a fantastic job of installing karndean flooring throughout our bungalow. We had an issue at the start of laying the flooring and they rectified it without question and without any extra charge. I can whole heartedly recommend TCM carpets, they were very professional and they beat other local companies on price too.

Used T C M again I believe for the 5th time. This time wasn't for my home but to fit a carpet in my transit van which is being converted into a campervan and as usual the service was spot on. High quality carpets at a reasonable price and the quality of the fitting was perfect. All nice guys as well so as per normal I'll continue to use them when needed any new carpets. I contacted TCM late one day asking if they could help our school by donating the inners of carpet rolls for our school grotto. They got back to me straight away, and obliged! Not only did they provide a variety of rolls, they did it all free of charge, and packed them in to my car. Top customer service. Very polite.
I have always bought my carpets from this company, and I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone. Great quality carpet, great service.
