Great and friendly service with no hidden costs

This is my third purchase of carpets,had a problem with bedroom carpet was delt with very quickly,ive just had my hall stairs landing fitted today,he did a great job no marks on the walls or paint,I would highly recommend,I’m very pleased and I would certainly recommend,I would never go to out of town carpet shops again.

I initially contacted Pencoed Carpet Centre for a price comparison having already seen the carpet I liked at Tapi Carpets and Paul Rogers Flooring, one of which had been to my house to measure up.

Pencoed Carpet Centre did not have this particular carpet but this was the only shop who mentioned a potential problem with having this pattern on the stairs. Neither of the other two carpet shops mentioned this seemingly obvious and widely known issue (line distortion), it was only Pencoed Carpet Centre, who had no obligation to bring this to my attention, especially as I wasn't even a customer at this point, I was just someone on the phone.

Due to their honesty and integrity, I visited the shop to see if they had an alternative carpet for me, and they did. They came out and measured earlier than expected, the carpet was ordered and was also fitted earlier than I expected and now looks lovely.

I would use this company again, recommend them to others and feel grateful that they stopped me from making an annoying and costly mistake with my initial carpet choice.
