EV Carpets

There seems to be only one other review of Webber's Carpets. Our experience with them ...we can only give them praise. Excellent customer service. The fitters had a tough job with our cottage being the shape it is and the area they had to cover. They did an amazing job through what is now a second lockdown and were always in contact to let us know the situation regarding times of arrival. We have been customers for the past 17 years and have always supported family business and they have never failed once or let us down. Sue and Pip Rosser

I appreciate that we’ve had lockdown and businesses have been unable to provide a service. I’ve always taken my business to small local shops but I am very disappointed in the lack of contact from this business during lockdown. I left a voice message before lockdown asking for somebody to contact me about ordering carpets for my property. The whole top floor and stairs so not a small order. I haven’t received any communication back at all. My daughter who had placed an order and chosen her carpets and also had a fitting date has also heard nothing. Other companies that we we’re in touch with and had booked appointments with have kept us up to date as phones were not ‘locked down’. Very disappointed in this small local business.
