From the start of entering the shop I was greeted with a smile and asked me if I needed any help. I told the assistant what I was looking to do with regards to saving up for a carpet and them to fit it. I had a booking in a couple days to measure my stairs etc.., and was given a quote the next day, to which I found quite reasonable.

WHAT EXCELLENT SERVICE GAVE A DATE TO MEASURE FOR CARPET AND WE'RE THERE ON TIME AND VERY FRIENDLY WE WERE GIVEN A DAY AND TIME WHEN MY CARPET WOULD BE FITTED,the boys were on time and we're very friendly and professional I am very pleased with my carpet and more than happy to recommend them excellent service.

Just called them to asked about underlay, I was surprised by the attitude from the guy who answered the phone. I came off the phone so annoyed I had to write a negative review Another thing to top it off, when I asked how much underlay cost he said "£4 per meter" I then asked how wide it was, he said "4ft 2in". I asked what that was in meters and he said he did not know with what the same attitude; not too unreasonable given he gave the first measurement in metric. I will not be buying from them, even if they happened to be half the price of everyone else.

Walked in to the shop to be greeted with a smile also, a lovely Good lady who couldn't be more helpful. A older guy came to measure, my opinion come across rude and uprupt, neither to say put me of buying from them. Seems I'm not the only one, could do with a course on people skills!

Almost ran off the road by a van from Maesteg Carpet Centre, young guy behind the wheel needs to pay more attention to the road. Very dangerous.
