Phab floors carpets beds and gifts

We have had Phab out to quote our stairs and upstairs landing as well as the lounge carpets... The price was great and we decided to go ahead.
The stairs and landing were fitted first and the fitters did a great job, quick and efficient. The same with the lounge carpets. Would definitely recommend Phab for their price, service and quality. We often have people comment on how lovely the carpet feels. Very happy.

Ive had a few rooms done with phab floors. The quality off the carpets and vinyl is really good and the staff are quick and officiant. Nothings a problem for these guys. Highly recommended and very reasonably priced.

My experience with phab floors isn't so great. They fitted carpet on my landing a stairs. They were the cheapest company around. The 2 guys that fitted seemed to know thier stuff and didnt take them long to fit. They left all the rubbish and access underlay and carpet in my hallway and on my bedroom floor even though they were only doing my carpet and stairs so they had no reason to go in my bedroom. Since fitting myself and my daughters have caught our feet on the carpet grips which are coming though the carpet. 1 or 2 we have kinda thought it's not much of a big deal but we are finding more and more now. . Contacted phab floors and waiting on a reply. Hopefully they sort this out.

I visited this shop on 24/09/21 & within seconds I spotted a carpet i fell in love with so I proceeded to book an appointment for them to come out & measure up & give me a quote. I was given 27/09/21 at 10.45. Well no-one turned up, no phone call, text or email from themselves. I have phoned & even sent an email still no response. I find it very hard to believe that they are 5* but I can bet the money we lost by staying home that day that they will now come up with some excuse.
I wouldn't have given any stars if possible .
