Brilliant service, very helpful and knowledgeable in the shop, keen pricing but the quality of both flooring and carpet outstanding. Fitters arrived bang on time on both occasions and did a super job. Don't overlook this family business in favour of the bigger places, it's a proper carpet and flooring shop

(October 2020) The new carpet was measured, ordered and fitted within four weeks. It was an expensive purchase due to the very large area (living room/lounge, stairs and landing), the type and quality of the carpet and underlay throughout. But it was worth every penny.

The choice of colours on offer was staggering! Whatever colour you want would likely be found here.

The boys who fitted it were very professional, polite and extremely hard-working. Moving the furniture that I wasn't able to move and planing two doors, as well as uplifting and removing the old underlay and carpet - which is something that I really needed a company to offer. They were here for almost four hours and they only stopped for a cuppa and a bite to eat.

I was happy with the whole process: from arranging the first consultation via email to the very end. I would recommend Afan Carpets Ltd and if the opportunity come around again I would certainly use them.

And true to my word, I did use them again (May 2021) to supply and fit a carpet in a bedroom. From the consultation to fitting took only 7 days.

Can’t recommend highly enough. Amazing choice of excellent quality carpets and laminate/wood flooring.
