A brilliant service delivered by Craig. He came to the house several times as we were having problems with the original flooring, to make sure it was suitable to lay LVT straight down. He was very knowledgeable and kept us in the loop in regards to better deals and delivery period. Always available when we had questions, and we had a lot of them. Top guy with lovely good quality flooring. Would definitely recommend and be using in the future

I really couldn't recommend Craig and Pontypridd Carpets more highly. My property was severely damaged in the Feb 2020 floods and I decided to take the opportunity to recarpet the entire house. However, by the time my insurance company had finished their side of things I'd moved from the area. So the job was managed remotely, which wasn't ideal, but Craig made the process stress-free. From splitting the invoice to cover flood damaged and non flood damaged areas, to offering to come back and complete the work at a later date because I'd discovered some problems with floorboards on stairs a few days before he was booked to do the work. And when I forgot to send the code to keysafe on the day he arranged to return, he simply came back to complete the job the next day and didn't want any extra money for this. This is the kind of personal service you really wouldn't get from one of the big chain stores. And his prices? Well I had to reread the quote a few times to try and figure out what hidden cost I'd missed! There were none. Great service at a great price. Many thanks Craig!
