States on website open till 9.30 PM on a Friday 3 times now I've tried closed really need to up date your website and I've tried rining so many times no answer

I tried to order online and couldn’t login. Created multiple accounts however couldn’t login with any. Called Dagenham store on Saturday and they said they are open until 4PM. Reached there and them got entry to the warehouse. But there was no one inside. Party box wholesale section 10 was closed. I don’t know about the quality but struggling to place the order. Spent 4 hours travelling but no luck

I would avoid this if you want a reliable supplier. As previous reviews mention, they show stock which they don't have and then delivery 1/3 of what you order in ridicolous quantities. I ordered 10 of each items and got 1 of each and when you ask them to cancel the order, there is a 20% charge. Absolutely ridiculous and unreliable "wholesale" supplier.

Poor customer service! Is the second order I place and they don't have it in stock, but appears on stock online.
I had to speak with 3 different people to let me know that actually they don't have the bears in stock
