Grosvenor Casino

This is a comfortable relaxed casino, They have a 24 hour menu which is great if you get the munchies later on. We like the bar it’s well stocked and open all night great place for a drink if you don’t want the hassle of trying to get served in some of the busier local bars. The staff are efficient and very friendly It’s a great place to visit for a quiet drink, restaurant meal, flutter or to watch live sports.

Clean, soft drinks are free which is a blessing when coming in from the summers heat. The bar isn't too expensive. Me and the other half had great fun here over the weekend and walked away in profit too!

Poor quality food, was happened to this place it used to be good??

Chicken wings so salty and sweet, food tastes like it was frozen and fried scampi and also the worst side salad ever. It hasn't even been washed I could taste the chemicals! Dangerous steer well clear!!!

Use to be quite nice, but more recently I think the facilities have fallen into disrepair. The toilets had damage to the walls, floor etc and were in general quite dirty. Same goes with other areas of the casino.

Our first visit, all was nice including the food, the thing that let it down was the décor and it had a feeling of neglect. Updating would be good.

Little haven of calmness in midst of shopping mania. Good food and coffee

Although we are not among the big betters they have there we felt welcomed and not out of place

I actually been a member here for over 5 years and went back for the first time in the last 2 years yesterday. I'm just a casual casino visitor..I go maybe 5 times a year but I have to say this casino is excellent in every way.
Lovely staff from reception to the bar to management and of course the coupiers. We had a great time yesterday and I introduced my friend as she's never been to a casino. Was fantastic.
The actual casino is always clean and fantastic looking.
They were doing covid safety measures yesterday with 4 people to a roulette at a time.
Really missed this place.excellent place to go in gunwharf Portsmouth for a laugh.
