Well to be honest almost all the stuff was really polite and helpful with everything we needed . I'm in Piccadilly almost every night cause my work so when I'm done I usually go there for some drinks and games. Not that usual but time to time like 2-3 times per week for sure. Last time I went, after having 2 drinks I asked the waiter to bring us a special rum and special gin. So after she took the order and went away she came back and told us that she's not giving us any alcohol while I was super polite and gentle with her.*after that going to the security guy and chatting. Its really pity that this girl-waiter with the name *Andreja* didn't cooperate to serve us and made us never spend our money in this place again because of her refusal for no reason at all. Anyway. Nice place to be. Avoid this waiter. Super unpolite. ANDREJA

We registered as affiliated members, chose a slot machine and an employee informed us that they could not only use that slot machine (which was turned on) because it was dedicated to the tournament game alone.

I've been here many times I don't usually gamble but it's nice to have a quiet drink. But the security guard lady mix raced was so rude and full of herself she was making jokes like if I put s plastic bag still look good. I found that very offensive I don't know her from anywhere and my friends found the comments she made were unnecessary. And we talk how rude she was she was in the clockroom looking for confrontation " are you talking about me" said yes this was Friday 17th around 23 pm very unprofessional . I don't usually give 1 star reviews but say thank you to her the who experience was lost

Very polite and friendly staff. If you enter the casino and you have a bag with you it must be left in the cloakroom by the entrance which you can collect on your way out. They have a good selection of slot,Roulette machines as well as table roulette etc. There is a bar within the casino and you can order drinks through the waiters/waitress'es.
