Pet Pals Boarding Cattery

This is an amazing cattery. My kitten stayed here for the first time in July and I was a little worried as he was only 4 months old however I did not need to as he was so very cared for and well looked after. The staff are very professional and operate a high standard of care for your pets as well as good customer service to their clients.

We have left our two cats with Sarah a few times and have always been very happy with the experience.
Sarah is very professional and caring with the cats and has helped us out in our hour of need when we had a flight cancellation and couldn’t get home for three days!

My husband found Petpals Boarding on Google after our cat sitter fell through. Admittedly I was apprehensive with leaving our 2 year old cat at another cattery after the first experience so went for a viewing. Sarah was very reassuring and accommodating and answered any questions I had. She’s very honest and her experience shows so I booked my cat in without hesitation. My cat was well looked after and didn’t show any distress. I’ll definitely be using Petpals Boarding again in the future.

Pet Pals is very local to us and we always leave our cat Zoe with Sarah when we go away on holiday, knowing that our kitty will be safe and looked after. We used Pet Pals Boarding Cattery for our previous cat quite a few times. She was always really well looked after by Sarah and was happy to be there, even when she stayed for over a month when we were having building work done. Our new cat had her first visit in October - she is quite nervous so took her own blanket and toys. Sarah is always very welcoming and clearly cares about the cats she is looking after. I have used Petpals for many years and because of Sarah's love and care for my cats I am more than happy leaving them in her care. She understands their personality and Pebbles crazy quirkiness. Sarah is always accommodating if we are a little late on collection and always checks to see if there are any concerns we have with the cats and goes over emergency contacts details on drop off I trust Sarah and her sister implicitly to look after my fur babies 🐈. My cats had a wonderful experience at Sarah's place over Christmas.It was the first time they were away from us for such a long time (over 3 weeks) but Sarah made the process so smooth and easy for us.
