Gemma made our wedding cake for us and it was stunning.
We booked in 2019 after meeting Gemma at a local wedding fayre. We knew after chatting to her and sampling some of her cakes that we wanted to have her make our wedding cake.
Cake tasting was one of the most fun parts of our wedding planning and we easily chose our three favourite flavours - carrot cake, white chocolate and raspberry and chocolate orange. Gemma was great when we needed to postpone our wedding and we did not see any charges for this.
Coming to the end result - I sent Gemma a few images for inspiration but suggested a few changes I wanted to make. She got it spot on. It truly was what I had imagined.
We had a perfect amount of cake left at the end of the night - enough to know that it was enjoyed but enough to fill that freezer drawer I had cleared in readiness. We have had a few pieces since our wedding day and it still tastes just as delicious and moist. I'm looking forward to having some when we receive our photos and wedding video (although I doubt the cake will last to our anniversary, it's too tasty). We have also had plenty of afternoon teas along the way and look forward to using The Copper Kitchen for future celebrations. I would definitely recommend.

Really lovely experience dealing with this company. I used them for the first time to make my husband’s 50th birthday cake along with some mini desserts for our buffet. Everything was so well presented and delicious! So many compliments on the birthday cake on particular! Would definitely look to use them again if we hold another event!

Amazing service and food from the Copper Kitchen. We used them for our twins 3rd birthday party and couldn’t fault them in any way. The food and cakes were absolutely delicious and the set up by Gemma was wonderful. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again.

Gemma and the team were incredible for our event from the initial quote to preparation of the final details to then on the day being incredible. The food was delicious and service was fantastic. Gemma makes the most beautiful cakes. Not only do they look good they taste incredible too. I have had a few cakes from the copper kitchen over the past couple of years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I honestly dont have enough kind and wonderful words to express how amazing Gemma was during the whole process in creating/providing our wedding cake and canapes.

I had so many queries and i changed my mind on different things SO many times- this was never a problem for Gemma who was always happy to answer any questions and give professional but also personal advise on what the best thing to do was.

The cake tasted insane- every guest commented the next day how tasty it was and if there was anymore they could take with them.

She also provided canapes and a dessert table. We were nervous about having canapes as sometimes feel they can be over priced and underwhelming on size and flavour etc but once again best choice we made was having Gemma provide these. They were so tasty, so filing and presented beautifully. The same goes for the dessert table that guest just devoured.
All my family have since asked for her details so they can use her for future events/parties.
I cant wait to work with Gemma again in the future for parties and events, she truly made our day and helped it run smoothly.

I was so excited to have the cake, i asked for additional cupcakes to have at our reception drinks, which she was more than happy to accommodate and dare i say it made the reception drinks for me.

Looking for my next excuse in order to be able to order something!!!

Gemma was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when it came to designing and making our wedding cake. She listened carefully to our requests and offered suggestions to help us reach decisions. She delivered the cake promptly on the day and decorated it in conjunction with our florist, ensuring she had communicated with her beforehand to ensure there were no issues. We also were really impressed with the final cake. It looked and tasted fantastic!

We had a fabulous cake from the copper kitchen for a family celebration. The cake looked lovely & tasted delicious! Would definitely recommend!
