Melanie's Catering & Events

We used Melanie's services to provide catering for an intimate networking and fundraising event for a charity held in a private residence. The food (a combination of veggies savoury canapes, bowl food and dessert canapes) was delicious and very well presented. The cooks and waiters team very well organised, friendly, helpful and thoughtful, and ensured the event ran smoothly. Our host and guests were delighted. We would definitely recommend and will certainly re-use Melanie's!

The team on the day - Ben, Mark, Scott, Sophie, Penny and Isabella all worked so well together that we were able to enjoy ourselves and eat the delicious food that Ben and Mark prepared so expertly for us. Thank you too to Rachael for setting it all up ahead of time and making sure all of our needs were met. A great success and we would highly recommend Melanie's to others. We will be using them again (and again!).

We've been using Melanie's for years, and they always provide excellent service.
We booked them again for my daughter's Batmitzvah recently, and once again they did a stunning job.
From the planning stage through to the set up of marquee, to last minute requests, and then the party itself, they were amazing, and we felt in very safe hands.
The staff were thoroughly friendly and professional on the day, and the food (for 90 people), as always, was delicious....

Melanie's catered for my husband's 80th birthday lunch, which was a sit-down buffet for over 40 people. I could not fault any aspect of their service, which was simply outstanding. The food was amazing - absolutely delicious and so nicely presented. The quantities of all the chosen plates was most generous, and the quality was excellent. All the staff were professional, discreet and friendly - and a pleasure to have as part of the celebration. They were simply the best!

The team at Melanie's Catering & Events couldn't have done anything more to make a wonderful celebration even more joyous. The food was delicious, exquisitely presented, and seemingly unending. Everyone from the event planners to the chefs and waiters were beyond helpful, attentive, took all the stress out of the day and were a pleasure to work with. All the guests raved about the food what more could you ask for. Thank you so much for being the icing on the cake as well as the cake itself!

Once again Melanie's Catering contributed hugely towards making our anniversary party a joyous occasion. The experience was stress-free and full of happy moments, thanks to a large extent to their delicious fare - which deeply impressed all the guests - and the excellent service provided by the staff who were prompt, helpful and polite. Melanie's are AMAZING. They made our wedding day. More importantly perhaps they made the lead up to the wedding so effortless. Claire and Paul came on several site visits and really were patient with us as the location and the idea evolved, they remained unflappable in the face of quite a bit of uncertainly and I can't emphasise enough how helpful that was for us. The food exceeded all expectations, the cocktails were endless and the SERVICE!! WOW. My god it was slick. Every one of our 90 guests commented on how amazing the catering was, people still talk to us about it now, over two months on. We cannot recommend them enough! It almost makes me want to do it all again, almost.

Melanie's did an absolutely fantastic job for my husbands 50th. It is a very professional outfit where everything runs incredibly smoothly and you feel in very good hands. The staff arrived at least three hours before the event. There were lots of staff on hand to serve the food and the drinks. The food was delicious and plentiful. Jude was in charge of the evening and was just perfect. I would highly recommend Melanie's.
