It's an amazingly beautiful church. The interior is breathtaking but more than anything else it's a very active parish. Kudos to the clergy

Very welcoming and family friendly, you definitely feel at home at the church

It was not a welcoming space for a young family trying to deepen their faith. Priest made us feel uncomfortable for not knowing all practices. We’ve been part of a few parish communities and this was instantly not a good home for us. It felt exclusive and instantly identified us as strangers.

A good place of worship, filled with amazing worshipers and incredible reverend fathers. God indeed lives here

The church service is short (an hour) and there are about 200 people that can attend a service. Their second service at 11.30am on a Sunday consists of more singing than the other two services at 9am and 6pm. I enjoy gathering with them as mainly Africans attend along with people of other cultures. The vicars vary from time to time for different reasons.

Catholic church is always good and one can attend masses at one nearest to him/her. St Thomas more church is a bit far from Barking centre where I live, but I still attend it sometimes because it is peaceful and you can hear the Rev Fathers clearly, singing and prayers are very good.Readings and Gospel well explained.
