Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, Bethnal Green

Sad, the christmas service was not posted in internet , i assumed it was under holyday service ; which was 12:15 pm i looked for christmas nothing was posted ; by the time we got there ,service is over ; so sad i wanted to celebrate christmas with a service during this special day ; 😔

Such a lovely church, it's child friendly( Liturgy for children separate from mass) parishioners are very friendly, and Father Justin delivers a wonderful mass!

I have been in charge of this Church twice. It is under the aegis of the Assumptionists since it was built in 1911. A warm and welcoming Church

The parish priest is the nicest sweetest Priest It's a beautiful church

The only negative is I struggle to hear everything the priests say.

It was fine . It was my local when I lived in Bethnal green I was a member of the social club when it was open an my husband ran the club with a lovely man called Brian Hartley RIP 🙏 .We had a mass said for my parents Mr & Mrs j Burke an also my sister Mary Burke for her birthday an her 2nd anniversary of her parting RIP 🙏.
