I hadn't been to this church for many years but it was as warm and welcoming as I remembered, despite being there for a funeral. The parish priest is inspirational. His gentle, honest and ocassionally humerous comments about the deceased brought tears and smiles. It reminded me why I'm still a Catholic.

So good to get back into the church. I felt so peaceful and at rest. Great place to meditate. The icons are fantastic as is the main picture above he alter. The stations of the cross are also magnificent. Thank you Fr Chris.

Came to see my friend's children in the annual Angels and Shepherds Christmas Eve service. The service is a traditional one with the added bonus of a nativity performed by the local children. The priest does a very good job despite the children chattering all the way through! Whilst not religious myself there is a wonderful sense of community at this church.

Priest (Father Ingle) and Deacon (Mark) are friendly, so are the parishoners. Covid security is taken very seriously: check in details taken, one way system, markers placed where people sit so can be sanitised afterwards, no mass or hymn books used, instead prayers and hymns are printed on the newsletter.
