A fantastic school. The children are happy, well cared for and receive a first rate education. I am delighted that my children are part of the St Edmunds community.

I have known of St Edmund's for the last twenty-five years and have always been impressed by the children I know who have attended the school. I am now a governor there and can say categorically that the school's ethos, achievement and community spirit are second to none. Any prospective parents looking for a school in the area should really take a look at what the school has to offer.

I have had a long association with St. Edmunds school. All 3 of my children have had a wonderful start to their education here , importantly also leaving as well rounded and caring young people. I have been involved as a Governor for the past few years. The school, staff and wider community are so encouraging and inclusive and I would encourage you to visit the school.

My four children attended St Edmund's and all were very happy. They received an excellent all-round education from an experienced and caring staff, in a warm but ambitious environment. I am now a governor at St Edmund's and am impressed every single time I attend the school for visits or meetings, at the absolute passion that all school staff have to ensure that every single child makes excellent progress and learns lifelong skills. I can't recommend this school highly enough, I am proud of my children and what they have achieved and give a good part of the credit for this to St Edmund's.

This is a very good school - both my boys did very well here. A very caring culture; huge playing fields too!

I spent 5 very happy years here at St Edmunds from 1969 to 1974. I will never forget the nuns there; Sister Philomena (head teacher), sister Ninian and especially dear sister Dennis who taught me, amongst other things, how to tie my shoelaces. Other good teachers there was Mr King, Mr Jack Farrell.
If anyone sees this post and remember me, Jackie Lee, please leave a message here. Thank you
