I am appalled with the standard of the school. My daughter told me the school dinners were tasteless and disgusting. This was their first day. I cannot believe this. Very different from when I was a child. Taking someplace else

Good in some places, terrible in others. Despite being catholic, the Soup Day was an absolute disaster. There was no soup. Why would you call it a soup day if there was no soup. Other than that (and the Head) the school is fine

Pleasantly surprised. The poor reviews below do not reflect my experience of an engaged faculty working with the students and community.

Excellent school with staff who are supportive of their students. Nice school dinners.

Supportive staff, excellent facilities, and I'm told the school means are great - seems like times have changed a lot since some of the negative reviews on here.

.Ill start with the good parts. The school has a lovely building and great facilities. I also enjoyed my time there as some of the people i met there were genuinly lovely However apart from that theres not much good. I can safely say that this school is awful in pretty much every aspect. Firstly my head of year Miss Blackie was a bully, not just to me bit also to my sister and many other students. And many other teachers were nasty, pastorally the school is absolutely dreadful. I wont go into too much detail but students were given no support whatsoever. The food is discusting. Not just as in tasteless like many school meals often are but genuinly discusting. The desserts were awful and i ended up being left hungry many days as i could not force myself to eat the food. The school was far too strict, while i was there even when it was really hot we were not allowed to remove our blazers and we were told we could not take them off in the walk home from school either. Please dont send your child here 😂

I have in the past had excellent help from this school but my advice from any parent wishing to send a Sen child to the school is don't, the.head master.may go to church on a Sunday but there is no compasion in him, he thinks more about ofstead results than a child's needs .
