Lovely quiet cattery with very caring owners who fitted me in after I was let down by my cat sitter! No worries about giving the meds and specialist diet.
I can highly recommend & have booked in my cat later this year 😊

Staff not only board ... but take real care over each and every cat ... taking care to get to know them .. all as part of the standard service. We have boarded here for a number of years and appreciate the quality of service and at times the flexibility offered.

First time using this cattery during the lockdown when my regular cattery was closed. Very helpful & knowledge who where there when we needed them most. Was so pleased our cat took to the new cattery & was reluctant to come home! We've since been back in happier times, same great service.

Would definitely recommend. This is the first time we'd left our cats at a cattery. Check in was mostly completed online before arrival. Very thorough which was very reassuring. Drop off was scheduled for covid purposes. This again was smooth and easy. We were kept updated about our cats and how they were behaving, this was supplemented by some photos. Facilities are excellent. Very clean, very spacious and safe. Collection was made simple and easy, plus we managed to have a nice chat with owners of the cattery on collection. Very passionate and caring about their business and the cats that come to stay. Our cats were very happy there and have been really happy at home on their return too. 5/5!

A huge thank you to Nigel and Tracie for looking after our little girl for a week. We chose Pets Haven boarding cattery because from the initial phone call with Tracie it was clear they adored cats. We were able to go and view the cattery prior to booking with no pressure to book her in.
Whilst on holiday Tracie very kindly sent pictures to us of our cat and an update of how she had settled in, which was reassuring as this was her first stay in a cattery.
Would 100% recommend and we will definitely use Pets Haven in the future.
