Hotel Kitty

Brilliant cattery, outstanding care and facilities. Our 6 cats stay here till mid september and are so very well looked after by Darren(owner). He is absolutely the best. Highly recommended by us

We are really pleased with Hotel Kitty in Kent and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Our two kittens will definitely be returning there next time we go away. Darren was fantastic with them, and clearly they warmed to him. He's a lovely chap and it's obvious that he loves his job.

We live in South East London and it took around 1h 15m to get to Hotel Kitty, but it was definitely worth it. We researched a lot of the catteries near us and just couldn't get comfortable with leaving our two kittens in a caged environment. We're so happy that we found Hotel Kitty instead! The suites are lovely, clean and spacious - and they have the option to go outside on the 'balcony' to watch the wildlife. There is plenty in the suites to keep them entertained and the general atmosphere is lovely.

It was great to be able to see the girls on the 'kitty cam' whilst we were away - and also chat to them!! Darren also sent us an update during the week with a lovely photo of the girls.

Cannot rate this place highly enough, my cats were so happy, clean and relaxed when we picked them up it was amazing. The suite my 2 occupied had climbing areas and an outside space which, when I checked the webcam they were clearly making the most of. To be honest it costs more than your average cattery but it's worth it, the owner is lovely, really happy to take time to talk and obviously an animal and cat lover. If you want peace of mind that your pets are happy and well cared for when you go away, then this is the place for you!!

We have used Hotel Kitty twice now and I cannot fault their service.

My 3 cats will be staying at Hotel Kitty for a fairly long time due to house move delays. I am so relieved they are here; it's such a weight off my mind to know they're being looked after so well. One is on a lot of medication, which I thought might be a problem but it hasn't been at all.
Darren is lovely and it's obvious how much he cares for the cats and gets to know them all individually. Also, it's a bonus to be able to see what they're getting up to using the app set up for me when I booked them in.
I never want to have to take them anywhere else!

Highly recommended. Our cat is now 13 and is the only place where she returns home relaxed. We use the kitty camp, the hotel gives a bigger room, probably suitable if you have 2 or more cats.

We were nervous about leaving Sharla for the first time, since rescuing her last year, but we didn’t need to worry. Darren and Natalie took great care of her and we could check on her anytime via the Skype camera. Would definitely recommend and will be using the hotel again.

Amazing cattery. I was nervous to leave my two girls here to start with whilst on holiday for a week. I was immediately put at ease upon dropping them off. The venue was so lovely, clean and modern (also covid secure).

We met with Darren at reception who was so helpful and answered any concerns we had about their stay. They had a large selection of food brands included in the price.

We booked the woodland suite which was lovely and big, plenty of room for them both to have their own personal space. The camera was amazing and we could access it from New York. It even moved, so we could always find our cats.

I was so happy when I picked them up to see how healthy and happy they both were. They clearly had a good time as both looked well fed.

I would 100% recommend and will definitely be using again.
