Longcroft Luxury Cat Hotel Norbury

We had never needed to put our 2 year old cat, Mabel, into a cattery or cat hotel before we went away for two weeks in May After searching, we went with Longcroft Norbury and were blown away by the entire experience.

Robbie was so lovely to communicate with and made us feel very at peace with leaving her for that length of time.

We had regular updates and photos and it was clear time had been spent with her and she really relaxed as Robbie perfectly articulated her personality.

Mabel came home with a gorgeous goodie bag of treats and toys and we know she was throughly looked after.

We would use Longcroft Norbury again in the future and would encourage anyone thinking about it, to do it as you know your pets are safe and beautifully cared for in lovely accommodation.

We had a lovely experience leaving our kitties in Robbie's hands. The daily updates - written with so much care and with lots of pictures - were a super nice touch. We really appreciated that all food preferences were duly noted and we even left the cattery with a goodie bag full of toys and treats!

The cattery is in a quiet residential area in SW London and it's so convenient. Highly recommended!

We placed our two beautiful cats with Robbie for a week whilst we were away.
We were nervous about leaving them but right from the first communication with Robbie we knew they would be well looked after.
We received updates regularly along with pictures which reassured us and when we collected Max and Calina yesterday they were clearly happy and settled.
This is the first time that we have come back from holiday without the worry of the cats being stressed - they were so relaxed and happy. They also came home with some treats and a wand which they have been going crazy for!
We will not hesitate to use Longcroft in Norbury again - and from me that is high praise!

Robbie made our holiday so much more enjoyable by caring so well for our two young cats (who had never stayed away from home before). He took time to understand the nature of our little ones, and was happy to answer my endless questions!
The regular updates and photos really put our minds at rest - we could relax in the knowledge that our cats were being so well looked after - in clean and plush surroundings and clearly getting lots of attention. They returned home very happy!

It was the first time I left my cat to a cat hotel and I was very stressed but Robbie from Longcroft Norbury has been wonderful. I had almost daily updates and photos of Snow which gave me a lot of comfort. On top of that Snow looked like he really enjoyed himself and he didn’t seem stressed at all. I also received a little gift bag with all the toys he loved playing with and some treats.
I couldn’t recommend them more!

It's never easy leaving our two young Burmese cats when we go away but Robbie and Laura asked all the right questions and were very reassuring. We had loads of updates and photos while we were away and I could tell that the cats were content, well looked after and getting lots of attention. Skinny little Tilly even put on some weight about which we are delighted. They will definitely be going back to stay again.

We needed accommodation for our 8 month old kitten, Minty, at quite short notice, for a long weekend. Longcroft Norbury were able to accommodate, and Robbie was so polite and helpful from the start. We were nervous about leaving Minty in the hotel as it was her first time away and she's a little timid, but we really needn't have been. The care and attention even before she arrived, and the daily updates (detailed emails and many pictures!) from Robbie on how she was doing really put us at ease. She looked like she had a great time, and we didn't need to worry about her at all for the whole weekend. She came back relaxed, happy and smelling lovely too (am sure she probably wanted to stay longer). She left with a little goodie bag including a feather wand that's now one of her favourite toys. We wouldn't hesitate to check Minty into Longcroft again the next time we need to, or recommend it to others. Thanks Robbie!
